Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. I have £5 million public liability insurance with
the NFU, to protect you and your house.
Q. What guarantee do you provide for my windows and
conservatory?
A. I'm registered with both the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF)
(a trade association for companies who make, supply or fit flat
glass and related products) and FENSA - "The industry gold
standard for replacement windows and doors - the proven brand
trusted and demanded by consumers and local authorities". For
more information on the protection these organisations provide you
for the work I do, please follow the links to their websites.
Q. How long have you been trading?
A. I qualified as a bricklayer in 1987 and have worked in the
trade ever since. Initially working with a variety of different
companies learning all aspects of the business. I first traded
independently in 1990 and added the complementary business
Waterside Windows to my company in 2008.
Q. Is my job too small? All I
want is a couple of replacement windows.
A. No job is too small. Our work is very competitively
priced and my team and I are all professionals, so every job is
done to the same high standard.
Q. Is my job too big? I want
a large Conservatory to dine in and to provide space for the
children to play in; I also want it to be useable all year
round.
A. No job is too big. We are very proud of Waterside
Windows' long and distinguished reputation and remain very capable
and committed to bringing your complex windows or conservatory
project to life and finish it on-time and within-budget.
